Supervisor (Te Puke)

Are you a Supervisor with at least one years’ experience? duties include: Assist in driving continuous improvement, productivity, and business growth. Assist in staff training, supervising and performance management to ensure that everyone is performing adequately in their role. Ensuring that communication between sites is ongoing and utilised to maintain an environment of continuous improvement. Identifying any skills gaps and assist in undertaking a recruitment and training programme to support fulfil these. Assist in implementation of new policies and procedures. Ensuring key performance indicators are in place and targets are met. Ensuring business complies with relevant government legislation, policies, and procedures. Assist in purchasing of operating tools, equipment, and machinery. Ensure business compliance with occupational health and safety standards. Supervisor Experience in kiwifruit orchard 6 months to 2 years Drivers Licence - Restricted or Full Car Licence. Pre-employment drug test may be required. Ministry of Justice Check may be required. Good level of physical fitness is required.
