Stock management Effective Staff Management, Staffing and Training Achieve financial performance targets Health and Safety To maintain Dry Goods rosters and wage budgets. Identifying inventory control issues Ensure department replenishment requirements and presentation standards Ensure departmental compliance with Food Safety and Health and Safety policies and procedures Adhere to all PAK’nSAVE Hornby policies and procedures. Provide support to all new and existing staff members and contribute to a positive work environment. Participate constructively in setting and reaching your own development and performance goals Manage the health and wellbeing of yourself and the Dry Goods Team by ensuring all annual and alternate holidays are taken within 12 months of the leave entitlement. You will be responsible for conducting performance reviews with direct reports and oversee the process for all other staff within the department

• A minimum of three years’ experience in a management or supervisory role in a supermarket or retail environment of 20+ staff numbers • Previous inventory control experience using SAP • Well-developed time management skills • Sound problem solving and decision-making skills • High level of initiative and commitment • Solid computer skills including the ability to use spreadsheets • Forklift Licence • First Aid Certificate
