Kiwifruit Line Manager

A large Kiwifruit packhouse based in Katikati are looking for a Line Manager to start the 2025 main harvest and are interviewing now! The job: • Effectively manage packing functions for all classes of fruit, adhering to best practice procedures and within set budgets and timelines. • Minimise fruit loss, maintain safety standards, and ensure product meets HPC and market specifications to deliver optimal returns to our growers. • Supervise packing, tray maker, and key staff during production, and develop and implement a comprehensive packhouse cleaning program. • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, with a focus on people, values, and efficiency in all packhouse operations.
