A large packhouse operation in Katikati are looking for their next EDI Administrator superstar to work the 2025 season. Interviewing now! The job: • Effectively manage EDI , Inventory and Pallet Allocation system for all classes of fruit, adhering to best practice procedures and within set timelines. • Minimize fruit loss, maintain safety standards, and ensure product meets HPC and Zespri market specifications to deliver optimal returns to our growers. • Supervise EDI Floor Team, Pallet maintenance team and develop and implement a comprehensive EDI and Inventory SOP program. • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, with a focus on people, values, and efficiency in all EDI and Inventory operations.
Do you have the following- • Proven experience in leading and organizing large teams and large volume of trays to achieve set KPIs. • Background in an administrator or EDI Inventory role, with a strong understanding of order management processes. • Exceptional people skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with a diverse range of individuals and convey essential information in a timely manner. • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills. • Consistent, observant, and methodical nature to make sound decisions under pressure. Job Requirements
Honest, reliable, and possessing a strong work ethic with flexibility in work schedule, including night shifts, weekends, and extended hours during peak production and repack periods.
