Sales Person / Office Worker

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Client Relationship Management: o Contacting previous clients to identify potential sales opportunities. o Answering incoming calls and emails from potential and existing clients

• Sales & Business Development o Outgoing phone calls to sell roof and spouting maintenance and repair services, Including: o Roof inspections and roof repairs o Spouting cleaning and repairs o Moss and Silicone Chemical Treatments o Roof color coating systems o Preparing competitive pricing and quotes o Negotiating and closing sales deals

• Administrative Support: o Managing customer data and sales information within the Xero software o Maintaining accurate records and updating the company database o General administrative tasks as required

• Qualifications & Experience: o Proven experience in sales and customer service o Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills o Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) o Experience with Xero software (preferred, but not essential) o A strong work ethic and a results-oriented approach o A valid driver’s licence / reliable vehicle
