We have provided excellent service in this market for over 20 years. We are now expanding our product lines and services for customers with everything they need to design their houses and buildings.
We are now seeking a passionate individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The role offers a wide variety; no 2 days are the same, and your services and support will positively influence all levels of the business. You will be working with General Manager and senior leaders across the business, your day-to-day responsibilities will include: • Overseeing all aspects of Human Resources including managing end-to-end recruitment processes, employee onboarding, performance review and appraisal, and employee relations • Ensuring the delivery of regular in-house training and inductions • Providing advice and support on company policies, procedures, and employment law • Provide leadership in Health & Safety; with a focus on well-being and our ability to adapt to the ongoing changes • Managing tenants' portfolios (small numbers of commercial units) • Liaising with landlords, tenants and trades people • Maintain a positive relationship with tenants • Completing routine inspections and arranging maintenance • Tending to maintenance requests

Job Requirements
Our ideal candidate will also have: • Excellent people skills • Experience with human resources or property management • A high degree of self-management and task-completion ability • Excellent organisational skills • Excellent communication skills (both written and oral) in English, bilingual in Mandarin Chinese. • High level of attention to detail • Full New Zealand Residency and Driver's License
