We are looking for a Support Worker to join our Team!

We are passionate about supporting people in the community and we take pride in the personalised service we deliver to clients and the staff we work with. We have a male client based in Lower Hutt who requires support with daily life. The ideal candidate should be compassionate, reliable, and able to provide person-centred care.

We are seeking a fantastic support worker who:

• Possesses excellent communication skills and patience when interacting with our client. • Has experience with personal care, feeding, meal preparation, household tasks, and complex care. • Is physically fit and capable. • Can be a companion and build trust with the client.

Job Requirements

What we need from you:

• Have consistent and long-term availability (we like to ensure continuity with our clients). • A current, clean full driver’s licence and reliable transport. • The legal right to work in NZ. • Previous experience as a caregiver/support worker with similar clients. • To be reliable, punctual, honest and caring.

Seeking L2, 3, or 4 NZQA Health and Wellbeing support worker High level of complex support needed.

Must have an up to date CV. Must be able to pass a drug test and police check. Online application to be completed with Cover Letter/Video.
