Summer is coming and our workload has increased. As a Traffic Controller, you will play a crucial role in managing traffic and ensuring the safety of both motorists and construction workers. You will be responsible for implementing and maintaining traffic management plans, directing vehicles, and communicating effectively. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, the ability to remain calm under pressure, and excellent teamwork skills in addition to the below. NZ full Driver’s license (Class 2 will be an advantage) STMS certificate category A&B practicing TMO Practicing Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to changing circumstances Knowledge of traffic control regulations and best practices Understanding of health and safety Must pass a drug test and MOJ check Physically fit and able to stand for long periods, sometimes in adverse weather conditions.

Job Requirements

1. Must be able to pass a drug test. 2. Must disclose all convictions as they will be considered on case-by-case basis 3. Must have own reliable transport and Class 1 Full driver license (Class 2 an advantage) 4. Must be able to work flexible hours and adapt to changing circumstances 5. Must be physically fit and able to stand for long periods, sometimes in adverse weather conditions.
