Team Leader

A Wellington Cleaning Business is looking for a Team Leader to join their team. The Team Leader works mostly works with a team-mate providing our service. We have mainly regular clients but also provide a one-off service.

Daily Tasks Involved in the role:

• The Team Leader has a company vehicle and all the equipment on board. This is for business use only.

• You will arrange to meet your team mate each day at an agreement meeting point. This is an arrangement that is worked out between you and your teammate so that it works for both of you.

• In your role, you are responsible for making sure they have all the equipment to complete the work at each home, for the standard of work completed by you and your team, and for keeping to the schedule, and completing the work on time.

• As well as the work you complete at each property, you also help grow the business in your area, providing quotes, and looking for opportunities to gain more business.

• While working for this company, you cannot do the same work, either privately or for another business.

• You will meet the other team leaders at meetings every 6 months.

• Clients are scheduled for their service through by our administration centre. A tablet is provided with data for you to contact the administration centre, check emails, access the schedule, work information, google maps etc.

• Full training is given for every task we ask you to complete.

• The first client is usually scheduled for 9am and the last client will be completed by 4pm. The number of clients scheduled each day varies.

• Have Experience in a cleaning or supervisory role. • Must have a Full driver’s license and be over 25, for vehicle insurance purposes. • Must be able to pass a pre-employment MOJ check, no criminal convictions, and a drug test.
