Duty Manager
About this job
Restaurant & bar preparation, service and order taking, food delivery, bar drinks service & barista coffee making, bookings, team management & co-ordination, staff training, staff rosters, cash handling, liase with guest, Owners, General Manager, Head Chef & kitchen staff, stock control of all food and non food requirements for the restaurant & bar, cleaning/tidying, closing down securely night, unlocking in mornings if rostered on.
Job Requirements
Must have LCQ and Liquor Licence Managers Certificate.
- Days of work
- Tuesday to Sunday, 10am - 11pm, varied floating roster hours most hours are worked in evenings and weekends (35 hours per week)
