Hyderabadi Cuisine Cook

Prepare and cook food to meet special dietary requirements. Prepare, season, and cook food for dining, buffet, and catering services. Portion food, place it on plates, and add gravies. Garnish food as requested. Take and serve food orders, and handle payments from customers. Operate cooking equipment such as ovens, grills, microwaves, and deep fryers. Maintain appropriate temperatures for ovens and other cooking equipment. Clean food preparation areas, cooking surfaces, and utensils, ensuring the kitchen is kept clean and well-maintained at all times. Receive and check kitchen supplies, preparing food in accordance with council requirements and food safety regulations. Ensure that the premises are safe from fire risks and comply with all fire safety regulations. Promptly report any customer complaints to the employer. Follow instructions from the owner in all aspects.

At least 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in cooking Indian cuisine. Strong customer service skills, as we prioritize excellent service for our customers. Good communication skills to interact effectively with customers. Good time management skills Availability to work on weekends. You must be knowledgeable about health and safety practices. Clean criminal record. MUST HAVE experience in Hyderabadi cuisine with items (Dum Biryani, Haleem, Paya, Chicken roasted mandi,dessert, hyderabadi Bakery items etc)
