Night Guest Services Agent
About this job
Greet & welcome guests on arrival Facilitate check in & out process by arranging & recording guest details efficiently Respond promptly to guest inquiries, offering detailed information about the hotel’s services, amenities and activities. Assist guests with reservations & accommodation arrangements as needed. Address & resolve guest complaints to maintain satisfaction & positive guest relations. Answer, connect, & transfer telephone calls to departments with professionalism. Manage incoming & outgoing correspondence & deliveries, ensuring timely distribution. Maintain a clean, organised & welcoming reception area at all times. Administrative task to support office operations. Includes data entry, filing, mail despatch & photocopying. Porter duties includes assist with luggage, & valet parking. Cross-department support by assisting various hotel teams as needed. Adhere to Health & Safety Standards, reporting any issues in line with policy requirements.
Job Requirements
Level 1 or 2 certification relevant to this role. At least one year relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualifications listed above. Class 1 Full Drivers License - P Endorsement Able to pass a drug test Able to pass a Police Check
