South Indian Cook for Catering Service

A flat bush employer is looking for a south Indian cook. Must have experience cooking all south Indian Veg and Non-Veg dishes. Duties include but not limited to prepare and cook a variety of authentic South Indian dishes, including but not limited to Dosa, Idli, Vada, and Sambar South Indian curries (vegetarian and non-vegetarian) Special chutneys and accompaniments Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen. Manage food preparation, ensuring quality and taste consistency. Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to meet event timelines and customer satisfaction. Follow recipes and instructions carefully. Assisting in menu planning and prepare seasonal menu. Ensure all statutory, as well as establishment, hygiene regulations are strictly adhered to. Job Requirements
must be available to work on weekends and during the week. Good experience as a south Indian cook. To pass Drug test and police check.
