Cleaning Service Supervisor - Kerikeri/Kaikohe areas

Mid North cleaning service provider is looking for its newest supervisor. Providing the best and prompt services to our clients you will be tasked with establishing cleaning schedules for cleaners and making certain that work is completed to a high standard, effectively, and efficiently. Managing inventory and keeping track of cleaning supplies and equipment. Maintaining good relations with the clients. Handle client enquiries and complaints if any and try to resolve them asap. Delivering products to sites. Recruiting staff, providing training plus managing & assessing their current and ongoing performance, providing feedback and general assistance to cleaning staff to help them succeed. Performing thorough quality checks on all sites and ensuring any issues that are found, are resolved. Maintaining health and safety standards at all times.

Full Driving license and own transport required. Having exceptional time management as this is a busy and varied role. Being a team player and doing what it takes to get the job done. Clean character with no criminal record.
