Operations Manager

This fantastic role is suitable to a motivated person with proven management skills to become our new Operations Manager managing the daily operations and overseeing our various teams whilst maintaining good communication and timeframes, this new role plays a crucial part in our mission to provide exceptional service to our various clientele. Overseeing the daily work tasks, teams and supervisors to ensure our companies high standards are consistently met and within the required timeframes. The Operations Manager will be responsible for all incoming work requirements, planning and scheduling of these tasks and assigning to our various teams. The Operations Manager will then need to manage the teams daily to ensure good time frames are maintained and to our high standards. This role would be approx. 50/50 with half the time being office-based as well as time in the field overseeing the operations.
