We are a medium sized viticulture contracting company looking for a dynamic Office and Pastoral Care Manager with a passion for people and their health and wellbeing, as well as enthusiastic around office data entry and record systems. This fantastic role is suitable to a motivated person with a proven background caring for people’s wellbeing and mental health. The Pastoral Care side would require the new Manager to oversee 2 Pastoral Care staff who afford our properties with supplies and check on health and wellbeing while at our RSE accommodation. The new Manager along with assistance from the management team would be responsible for any doctor’s visits, medical appointments as well as leading on house education and so forth. The Office management side would require the new manager to process all incoming field data paperwork whilst ensuring the accuracy and that it matches our computer entries for payroll and invoicing systems, as well as cross referencing our field viticulture application Tatou and where necessary make corrections. This new role plays a crucial part in our mission to provide exceptional service to our various clientele and ensuring the wellbeing of our staff. We are experts in supplying skilled labour with high knowledge and who are highly trained in house by our long-term supervisors and management team. This is a great opportunity for someone with an excellent understanding of office practices as well as health and wellbeing of staff. Job Requirements
The ideal candidate will have previous experience around various office systems as well as ideally RSE wellbeing practices. Previous experience around RSE Wellbeing would be advantageous, but a proven background working with people and attending their wellbeing would be sufficient as training can be provided. A previous history of maintaining accurate records around data entry and reporting systems is key. A background managing staff would be advantageous but not essential as support and training is available also in this area. A strong passion for people and building relationships along with a caring nature and wanting the best for people is your key skill set. Proficient around Office 365, Messaging apps and preferably a background utilising the Tatou Management system for Vineyard work. A quick learner with a drive for customer service and quality outcomes. The applicant must be able to be flexible and efficient at managing their own time to ensure they prioritise their workload.
