Field Manager

We are a medium sized viticulture contracting company looking for a dynamic leader with a passion for operational excellence who is committed to delivering high-quality service around the Marlborough region. This fantastic role is suitable to a motivated person with proven management skills to become our new Field Manager managing the daily operations out in the field through the direction of the Operations Manager, and to oversee our various teams whilst maintaining good communication and timeframes, this new role plays a crucial part in our mission to provide exceptional service to our various clientele. We are experts in supplying skilled labour with high knowledge and who are highly trained in house by our long-term supervisors and management team. Overseeing the daily work tasks, teams and Supervisors to ensure our companies high standards are met and within the required timeframes. The Field Manager will be responsible for all the daily field operations moving between teams and assisting supervisors with training and all other aspects such as quality and time management. The Field Manager will operate under instructions from the Operations Manager regarding completing assigned workloads to our companies’ high standards. Daily communication with our clientele regarding their needs and keeping them updated on progress is required. The Field Manager is a role based predominantly in the field daily with the teams, with the requirement at times for some office work where necessary.
