KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

To thrive in our friendly and supportive environment and provide quality and consistent care to residents we are looking for someone who:

Has experience working in health care and/or a desire to work in a aged care environment; Can provide empathy, care and patience with elderly residents; Possesses outstanding communication skills; Is friendly and professional with a high regard for privacy and confidentiality; Has a reliable and punctual work ethic; Has a sense of humour who enjoys working as part of a close well-functioning team; Is culturally sensitive. Full training and ongoing professional development will be provided including a supportive and tailored orientation programme to suit individual needs. We also support our Health Care Assistants toward gaining nationally recognised qualifications.

Must pass all pre employment checks Police vetting and pre employment drug test. Must have the flexibility to work rostered shifts. Have a passion for people.
