Trade Support Team Member (Mandarin Speaking)

PlaceMakers is seeking a Trade Support Team Member to join their team in New Lynn on a full-time, permanent basis.

In this role, you'll help customers, Account Managers, and suppliers by answering questions, giving product advice, providing quotes and prices, and finding ways to meet customer needs for a smooth experience.

Duties include: • Actioning customer enquiries by phone, email & walk-in customer contact. • Seeking out value-added solutions for internal and external customers. • Taking clear briefs from stakeholders on what is to be quoted and preparing document details as needed. • Daily and weekly planning with account managers & team leaders to ensure all opportunities are captured. • Providing customers with product advice, quotes, and pricing information as well as tailored solutions

1. Proven Customer Service and/or Sales Experience 2. Building Industry experience is not a must, but a desire to learn about the products & processes is essential 3. Strong communication skills and fluent in both Mandarin and English 4. Be able to work under pressure and organise your time and environment for maximum efficiency. 5. Computer literacy is important, confident user of Outlook, word & general computer software, however, full training will be given on the in-house computer systems. 6. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to offer tailored solutions. 7.
