Sales Executive (Mandarin Speaking)

A well-established employer based in New Lynn, specializing in the manufacturing and supply of high-quality aluminium windows, outdoor canopies and sunrooms, is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside industry experts in a supportive and growth-oriented environment.

Duties include: • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients • Generating new business opportunities and managing leads through to successful sales • Conducting thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and growth areas • Understanding the client's needs to offer tailored solutions and provide expert product recommendations • Taking precise measurements on-site for residential projects to ensure accurate product specifications. • Preparing and providing detailed quotes for window, door, canopy and sunroom projects for residential clients • Maintaining regular communication with clients to follow up on projects and ensure customer satisfaction. • Offering technical support and in-depth product knowledge to clients to ensure informed decision-making.

1. Minimum of 3 years' proven experience, ideally within the construction, building products or manufacturing industries 2. A Quantity Surveyor (QS) background is preferred 3. Familiarity with the NZ Building Code and other NZ building regulations. 4. Strong ability to conduct market research and generate new business leads 5. Excellent personal presentation and negotiation skills 6. Ability to take accurate measurements and understand technical specifications. 7. Must be fluent in both English and Mandarin due to client base 8. Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and police check 9. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
