Call Centre Operator

Our Whangarei based employer offers a global professional answering service tailored to the unique needs of customers worldwide. We are seeking bright, bubbly customer focused candidates to fill their fulltime Call Centre Customer Service position.

Duties will include but are not limited to answering and transferring phone or mobile calls, managing and scheduling appointments, relaying messages or call backs via SMS txt and email. Experience in a contact centre environment would be advantageous however full training is provided.

Current shift options are: Option 1: Rostered across all 7 days of the week, between 7am to 5:30pm. Minimum of 30 hours per week Two days off PW and they may not be together.

Option 2: Friday to Tuesday, 3:00pm-11:00pm. Off on Wednesdays and Thursdays- pls note that having your FULL Class 1 Driver licence and having your own transport is required for this option. Minimum of 30 hours per week

If you can type 35 words per minute, can work across the required hours and days of the week, have good communication skills and attention to detail, and a smile in your voice then apply today!

1- Be able to type accurately at min of 35 words per minute. 2- Choose a Shift option: 1 or 2 or can do Both - pls specify which... 3- Have reliable transport to get to CBD on time- pls note that FULL Class 1 Driver licence and having your own transport is required for Option 2 as you finish at 11pm. 4- Be drug free and able to pass random testing. 5- Any convictions to be disclosed, and will be considered on a case by case basis.
