Sales Support/Telemarketer

An Ellerslie based commercial cleaning franchise company is seeking to hire a full time sales support/telemarketer. Duties include Telemarketing focused on acquiring new customers. Generate leads for Area Managers to quote. Identify potential clients and businesses that require commercial cleaning services. Work with the Area Managers to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new customers. Maintain and update our CRM to ensure accurate record keeping.Meeting or exceeding sales targets and revenue goals set by the company. This involves a proactive approach to sales and consistently seeking new opportunities. Ideal candidates will have Excellent telephone manners and customer service skills. Great communication skills, both written and verbal. Preferably 1-2 years of experience in Telemarketing roles, however you will be trained on the job. Proven phone-based sales experience. Self-motivation with the ability to work well within a team - a people person. You will love working in a team environment and be confident communicating with a diverse range of customers and prospects. A genuine affinity with talking to customers. Building relationships with our NZ-wide support team will be critical to success in this role.
