About this job

What tasks would a person in this role do every day? - Promote in-store offers, advertisements and promotions - Organize and monitor inventory level. Inspect the levels of business supplies and raw materials to identify shortages - Ensure stock rotation and handling of food items - Prepare food items with the store staff - Record daily deliveries and shipments to reconcile inventory - Place orders to replenish stock avoiding insufficiencies or excessive surplus - Maintain businesses product and service quality as per the set standards including product delivery standards - Coordinating the effective, professional day-to-day running of the services - Consistently looking at ways to improve the quality of our service - Take feedback from the customers & respond to customer's inquiries and complaints - Ensure customer service standards are met - Supervise and coordinate the activities of the store in the allocated shift - Maintain and comply with employers policies and procedures

Job Requirements

- Candidates must be able to provide a verifiable prior employment reference with an up to date CV - Must have at least Level 2/3 qualification or have at least 1 year of relevant work experience - Available to work rostered shifts including weekends & to be on-call - Must be able to work well under pressure and during busy times

Days of work
Rostered shifts during: Monday to Sunday 9am - 11pm. Available on call. (30 hours per week)
