Machine Technician

A most trusted health food, sports nutrition and supplements brands in East Tamaki is looking for Machine Technician.

• The role requires ensuring production outputs meet planned requirements. • Understanding and following SOP's and Quality requirements and guarantee that products are manufactured and packed following correct process and documentation. • Support and help coordinate departmental activity specifically related to machine changeover and product changes. • Support the Engineers in commissioning of machineries • To communicate openly with all manufacturing and packing operators to close the communication and knowledge gaps (on and between shifts). • Support and help coordinate departmental activity specifically related to material costs and labour variances. • Understand and follow all SOPs and Quality requirements in the manufacturing and packing areas. • Doing Powder testing • Ensure that the product made are in specification.
