-Full-time, permanent position -Based in the Dargaville Service Centre -Starting salary: $68,660 (based on skills and experience)

Our Senior Services Case Managers play a crucial role in connecting individuals to the resources and services that support an independent and healthy lifestyle.
Senior Services Case Managers role engages and works alongside clients towards sustainable independence, retirement, or other desirable outcomes.
Your focus will be acting as the main point of contact to ensure clients have access to the information, resources, and services they need to succeed. You’ll be required to assess and provide guidance on financial support available under MSD policy, ensuring decisions are well-considered and tailored to each client's needs.

The ability to engage and quickly build rapport with senior aged people from varied and diverse backgrounds. A proven work performance with a strong commitment to achieving results. Strong relationship and conflict resolution skills. The ability to work well under pressure, with excellent time management skills and enjoy being part of a small but busy team. The dedication and passion to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives. Police vetting required
