Efficiently managing the smooth day-to-day running of the operations; coordinating with senior staff members; staff management and training; ensuring customers get the best service while spending their hard-earned money with us taking bookings & confirming functions maximizing profitability through sales/upselling while maintaining customer service standards
Job Requirements
1+ years experience.
- You must have your LCQ and Duty Manager Certificates (Please Note: If you have the ability to get these within reasonable timeframes you may also be considered). - You must be able to demonstrate as a bare minimum 12 months experience in a licensed establishment and then we can assist you to get your Certification(s) if required. The successful applicants will need to be: - Friendly, - Well presented, - Hands on, - Passionate, - Driven and Knowledgeable about the hospitality industry. - You must also be able to work quickly and efficiently under pressure. - You must have reliable transport. - No convictions will be considered and you maybe required to undergo a drug test. - MUST HAVE AN UP TO DATE CV AND COVER LETTER WITH 2 CONTACTABLE REFERENCES.
