About the Role: As the Kitchen Lead, you'll oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, from opening and closing to inventory and compliance with health standards. You'll recruit, train, and manage kitchen staff alongside the Restaurant Manager, maintain SOPs as a small kiosk in a food court with big restaurant aspirations you will directly be involved in the guest experience.
