Kitchen Assistant
About this job
Focus on guest satisfaction while ensuring dishware cleanliness. Load, run, and unload the dish machine, monitor its water temperature and chemical levels, and report issues to the kitchen manager. Work well with team members, communicate effectively, and be capable of working unsupervised. Maintain physical stamina to stand for long periods, lift up to 40 pounds, and adapt to a fast-paced, hot, and loud environment. Keep dish areas clean, organized, and fully stocked with clean tableware. Handle items carefully, complete opening/closing checklists, and attend staff meetings. Follow all directions, assist in cleaning kitchen prep areas, and help close the kitchen. Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Job Requirements
High level of physical fitness Good communication & time management skills Able to work late shifts - Finish times 12MN to 2am Must be able to commit on working on Weekends is a must. Reliable and Good attitude Full drivers Licence and own car is a must.
