Sous Chef
About this job
We are currently seeking a Sous Chef to join our team in Leeston full time. The ideal candidate will have ability to work well under pressure, will show passion for food and service and be professional team player. To be successful you would will need extensive knowledge of all kitchen operations and the various cooking techniques we employ, and a strong knowledge of all Food Safety procedures. You will demonstrate excellent communication skills and above all a positive 'can do' attitude. Pay negotiable for the right person.
Job Requirements
Minimum 2 years' experience as a Sous Chef.
