A North Shore based employer are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Claims Executive to join our team. This is a permanent, full-time role based in Auckland. Reporting to the Claims team leader the primary function of the job is to review, analyze and validate pricing related claims (Pricing anomaly, Price protection, sales allowance) at each divisions and make an accurate decision. Process claims for payment attaching relevant supporting evidence. Validate all claims from customers to make sure we pay correct amounts to them. Duties and Responsibilities: • Review, Validate claims by divisions and customers, make an accurate decision • Ensure all claim’s related issues are resolved in accordance with company policies and procedures and where necessary liaise with relevant stakeholders and customers • Review all rejected claims from customers and consolidate evidence and explanation for rejection • Where claim have been declined, contact customers to advise the solutions • Answer queries regarding progress of claims from relevant parties. • Highly motivated, resilient, and able to work under pressure. • Personal integrity and professionalism. • Highly structured, well organized, and flexible. • Passionate about being successful. Perform additional tasks when requested or required by the company and as instruction by manager or delegate. Compliance: Adhere to your responsibilities under the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015. Job Requirements

1. Degree qualified preferable. 2. Accounting, Finance background preferred. 3. Experience in SAP environment preferred 4. 2-3 years experience in banking or insurance. 5. Intermediate to advanced level of Excel. 6. Ability to meet targets and deadlines.
