As our manager, you’ll be responsible for running day-to-day operations, working alongside a team of dedicated hospitality professionals, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience. You’ll manage the team, but have the ability to work solo with chefs when required, delivering 5-star customer service. After dinner service, we transform into a late-night live music venue, so confidence in managing a lively bar atmosphere is a must. Experience hosting live music events would be a strong advantage. Key Responsibilities: • Deliver outstanding customer service while leading and motivating a small team • Oversee both restaurant and bar operations, from cleaning and prepping to locking up and cashing out • Manage entry to the venue during busy periods or events to ensure smooth operations and guest safety • Take ownership of all aspects of the venue, stepping in wherever needed • Manage the transition from restaurant to live music venue with ease and confidence

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements: • Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role is required, though a minimum of 3 years would be an advantage • Current Duty Manager Certificate • A valid Certificate of Approval (COA) or the ability to obtain one • Proven experience in managing a hospitality venue, ideally with live music • Ability to lead a team and work independently
