Store Manager

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Store Manager to lead our team and oversee daily store operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff, and maintaining efficient store operations. Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow. Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of retail staff to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction. Manage stock levels, inventory control, and product merchandising to optimize sales. Ensure high standards of customer service by training and coaching staff. Develop and implement store policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency. Monitor and analyze sales performance, implementing strategies for improvement. Handle store financials, including budgeting, expense management, and cash handling. Recruit, train, and develop team members to foster a positive and productive work environment. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies. Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.

Proven experience in retail management or store leadership. Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills. Ability to drive sales and meet key performance indicators (KPIs). Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions. Experience with inventory management and stock control. Proficiency in using retail management systems and Microsoft Office. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload. Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering great service.
