Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive quality checks to ensure high standards are consistently met and resolve any issues promptly. Lead the induction and training of new cleaning staff, ensuring they are well-prepared for their roles. Arrange coverage for sites during staff absences to maintain uninterrupted service. Manage the delivery of cleaning products and supplies to various locations as needed. Offer ongoing support and constructive feedback to cleaning staff, promoting continuous improvement and professional growth.

Reporting directly to an Account Manager, this role holds responsibility for supervising and guiding our company’s most vital asset—our team of skilled and dedicated cleaners. As a supervisor, you’ll play an essential role in maintaining quality standards and ensuring that our cleaners are supported in their work to deliver outstanding service across all sites.

Your natural ability to communicate with individuals from diverse cultures and backgrounds will be key to creating a positive and collaborative work environment. Through your guidance, you’ll enhance both the cleaner and client experience, promoting satisfaction and trust in our commercial cleaning services. By fostering a team-oriented atmosphere and addressing client needs proactively, you’ll help uphold our commitment to excellence within the commercial cleaning industry.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

- Supervisory experience within the cleaning industry. - Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with staff and clients. - A clean, full driver's license is essential for site visits, Requires onsite visits to multiple cleaning locations across Wellington. - Flexibility in work schedule to accommodate the needs of the role. - Previous cleaning experience, along with proficiency in using buffing machines and other cleaning equipment.

Additional Skills (optional):

Proficiency in a second language, which can enhance communication with a diverse team and client base.
