A reputable employer based in Te Arai are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join their vibrant and dynamic team.
Key responsibilities will include: Providing skilled, efficient, and knowledgeable bartending and wine service Ensuring the dining areas are clean, correctly maintained and stocked and that table appointments set-ups are impeccable, maintaining presentation and flow Display and uphold a graceful and proactive table service by emphasising service sequence and core standards Ensure efficient service of all meals, snacks, beverage, and functions Assist in monthly stock takes Assist in end of shift reporting

Job Requirements
Alongside your excellent organisational and time management skills, you will be approachable, helpful and able to problem solve. Other attributes that would contribute to your success would include: A years’ experience as a bar tender or server High-end hospitality experience is essential Barista, cocktail, and wine knowledge Excellent written and verbal communication skills Superb guest service and teamwork Full understanding of required sequence and standards for a high-end operation Availability to work flexible hours as required including nights/weekends and public holidays NZ Drivers License
