About this job

We are seeking to employ a Facilities Coordinator for Wairoa. Suitable candidates will be the main point of face-to-face contact with students and enquiries at various community venues. As the first point of contact for enquiries and complaints, you will need to provide exceptional customer service and good administration. This person will also be responsible for looking after the venue’s facilities. Duties include: dealing with customer enquiries and complaints, inspecting venue facilities, ensuring health and safety requirements are met, must have a good level of fitness to perform every day tasks, scheduling visits and liaising with various contractors and Admin tasks team support as required.

Job Requirements

To be successful in this role you must: • Clean class 1 licence • Good communication skills • Ability to work independently • Must be reliable • Comfortable passing pre-employment checks • Able to work rostered shifts as required • Stock take and asset management

Days of work
Mon-Fri 8:30- 3pm (30 hours per week)
