Import Export Clerk/Data Administrator

A local employer is looking to hire an Import export clerk/Data entry operator for their importing business. Products are sourced from countries such as Myanmar , Philippines & Thailand.
Duties listed as below- Accurately inputting and updating data into their systems Ensuring data integrity and confidentiality Performing regular data quality checks Assisting with administrative tasks as needed Retrieve and process orders from grocery systems and emails into our systems Create packing slips for picked orders. Manifest and label orders for freight movements with freight providers. Create invoices for clients based on ex-warehouse sales. Dealing with customs bureaucracy Pay import tariffs and taxes. Ensure that imported products meet local standards and regulations Coordinate transport and distribution logistics within the country and out of the country.
Job Requirements
Experience & knowledge of working on Excel, Xero & MYOB would be desirable. Someone who can speak Filipino would be an advantage but not essential. Experience in customer relationship management is essential as it involves liaising with suppliers overseas.
- Days of work
- Monday to Friday 9am to 2pm Work location will mostly be based out of Henderson/New Lynn. (30 hours per week)
