Department Manager

Kaikohe - We are looking for enthusiastic Department Managers to join our team. Do you have managerial experience in hospitality and retail? Lead one of our three restaurant departments; Customer Experience, People Performance, and Product Quality, and take responsibility of the actions and results required within these. Deliver and manage outstanding Quality, Service, Cleanliness, profitability and strong people practices on your shifts Supervise employees to ensure that restaurant operations and procedures are adhered to Comply with restaurant safety and security standards to ensure a safe working environment for all employees and customers Take responsibility and ownership for ensuring food safety is maintained to the highest standard throughout the restaurant Actively seek customer feedback to ensure an exception customer experience is achieved Working within a team to deliver the best quality, fastest experience for our customers
