Instructor / Team Leader/ Driver

Hunua based employer is looking for an Adventure activity Team Leader and operations manager. Responsible for loading and setting up of equipment, amusement devices and activities for schools, corporate team programs and events. Must be motivated, organised, strong, fit and active with high energy levels. Experience instructing, Camp America, coaching, surf lifesaving or similar. Must be presentable, friendly, and outgoing with strong communication skills, able to facilitate programs to both children and adults with a passion to make a difference. Must have a full clean driver’s license, must be fluent in English, able to follow and enforce health and safety protocols and lead a team. HT and mechanical aptitude are an advantage. Days of Work: Min. 30 Hours, 4 to 5 Days (8 to 12 Hour Days) including weekends normally with 2 Consecutive days off i.e. a Sunday/Monday or Monday/Tuesday. Must be physically fit, outgoing, like working and interacting with people. Must pass MOJ and drug test. Must have a full clean class 1 licence and can gain class 2 licence. Previous experience in instructing, coaching, lifeguarding, teaching school holiday programs, guiding, adventure tourism, camp America, team building or similar is required.
