About this job
We're looking for an experienced Cook/Chef in Greymouth; Initially part time, 20 hours but we need someone who can see the vision and make it more than that. You know food and fun! You can bring a menu that is homely, tasty, quality; our guests are right into a community friendly atmosphere and the food reflects the people enjoying each other's company. We're open to the public and we're busy a few nights every week; we occasionally have bookings for special events and we've got a few spaces for a great chef to bring their ideas and work with us to grow our kitchen.
Job Requirements
Experience is essential; you need to be flexible, very reliable; able to create our catering menus; manage the kitchen; support our volunteer team; look after the kitchen facilities, the pantry and our food control plan;
