Administration Assistant
About this job
Your responsibilities will be: To provide general administration and customer service support including processing orders, customer liaison, warehouse management system maintenance and general support to the transport, warehousing and operations teams.
You will need well developed written, verbal and presentation literacy skills. As well as Technical knowledge in systems/databases, VM ware, Microsoft server operating systems, Office 365 and SQL Report writing, Power BI
Location: Glenside, 196 Middleton Road (close to Halswater Drive, Churton Park turn off)
Job Requirements
To be successful in this role you will posses the following: • Well developed written, verbal and presentation literacy skills (essential) • Task, project and performance driven (essential) • Must be well presented, professional and have great customer service skills • No convictions at all all, must be able to pass MOJ check • Must be able to pass drug test
