Plan menus Preparation of Misa an pla, sauces and gravies Ensure the quality of the food is meeting the standards Check and examine food for quality and quantity Prepare and cook food while ensuring that it's seasoned properly Check and regulate the temperature of the oven and grills etc. Maintain the kitchen with high standard Train new kitchen staff To be considered for this role you should have at least 2 year of work experience in Cookery If you have the required skills and are interested please email: craig.nicol008@msd.govt.nz
Job Requirements
At least 2 years experience Must agree to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays. Being on call is also a requirement for this role
