About this job
In this role you will be responsible for the tidiness and cleanliness of the hotel forecourt and the entrance area. As well read the daily log and any reference files to ensure your knowledge is constantly updated. Know how to what to do in case of an evacuation/fire alarm or other emergencies. Ensure all Porters equipment is polished, stored and handled safely at all times. Ensure the correct and secure logging, storage and re-issue of guest car keys in line with the hotel procedure. Welcome our guests to the hotel with a fast, efficient but always warm and friendly reception. Ensure the guest’s departure from the hotel is efficient and hassle free. Provide a luggage service to guests, accompanying them to their rooms and give advice as required on the hotel /local facilities. Ensure the prompt and efficient supply of taxis as required.
Job Requirements
High attention to detail and a strong customer service service focus. Follow Concierge policies.
