In this role you will ensure that all allocated areas are cleaned and maintained promptly and efficiently up to the standards set by the department lead. Ensure that amenities are replenished as per the standards, including but not limited to, the public toilets and team member toilets, the hotel lobby, the banquets floor and the restaurant. Inspect and polish items of operating equipment before the beginning of each shift. Clean dirty room service trays and trolleys from the room. Promptly report any damage to equipment, bedding, curtains and soft furnishings to the floor supervisor, have the complete knowledge of equipment used in Housekeeping, pick up and return guest laundry. Be responsible for all issued keys, mobile phones and for the daily work sheet. Sign out keys and mobile phone, logging accurately on the Log sheet.
