Gondola Supervisor
About this job
You will oversee daily operations of the Gondola, Guest Services and the Carpark. Your focus will be on managing the team, including recruitment, training and scheduling to ensure exceptional customer service. We’re looking for a safety-conscious team player with flexible availability for rostered shifts, including weekends and public holidays. The ideal candidate will have the ability to multi-task and the confidence to use your initiative, have a high attention to detail and the ability to strictly follow procedures and processes.
Job Requirements
Ideally you will bring 3 years Gondola experience, 1+ years supervisory experience, basic first aid training, a “can do” attitude and excellent communication skills.
- Days of work
- Rostered on Saturday - Wednesday. Variable hours. (40 hours per week)
