Support Worker
About this job
Provide personal support to individuals in their own home in accordance with care plans and preferences. Tasks are likely to include assisting with personal cares, meal preparation, medication administration and household tasks.
Job Requirements
- Must have at least 12 months of relevant work experience or Health and Wellbeing Level 3 (or equivalent). - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Empathy, patience and a non-judgmental approach to supporting individuals with diverse needs. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Hold a full clean driver licence. Be clear spoken.

- Various shifts over the 24/7 period. Days, nights, weekends (30 hours per week)
