Key Responsibilities: • Provide accurate estimates for aluminium joinery projects using V6 software. • Analyse building construction plans and specifications to prepare detailed cost estimates. • Collaborate with the project team to ensure estimates align with project requirements and timelines. • Maintain an organized and methodical approach to all estimation tasks. • Communicate effectively with team members and clients to clarify project details and requirements. • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines. • Stay updated on industry trends, building methods, and materials to enhance estimating accuracy.

• Proven experience in estimating within the aluminium joinery industry, with V6 software expertise. • Strong understanding of building construction plans and methodologies. • In-depth knowledge of the New Zealand building industry. • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating self-motivation. • Exceptional attention to detail and a methodical approach to tasks. • Strong organizational skills to manage workload effectively. • Initiative and a positive, proactive attitude. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for clear information sharing. • Must pass a MOJ check
