About this job

• Set up the plant such that product is being slaughtered, processed, filled, and packed as soon as possible, while maintaining hygiene and safety standards. • Actively assist the Supervisor to solve production efficiency and quality problems that cause product losses. • Maintain and continually improve the quality of the product being produced. • Carry out any cleaning as necessary to maintain hygiene standards. • Monitor product and act immediately if the product produced is out of • specification, by notifying the Supervisor and/or Quality Manager. • Use materials effectively and report wastages to Supervisor. • To follow and encourage other Team Members to follow safety rules and instructions. • Consistently behave in a manner aligned with Turk's Poultry values. • Must be able to lift 12 - kilogram boxes of product.

Job Requirements

High school / College, NCEA

Days of work
Monday to Friday, between 12am to 9pm (40 hours per week)
