Building Insulation Installer

You will be responsible for installing ceiling underfloor and wall insulation to NZS4246 standards for an expanding number of new build and retrofit customer. 2. Carry out pre-installations check to work out which methods and materials to use. 3. Produce a written report or quote for customers with supervisor approval 4. Work-out the volume of space to be filled, and the amount of insulation needed. 5. Install the appropriate insulation in the required areas. 6. Apply insulating material, such as batts and blankets to walls, floors, windows, and ceilings of buildings to insulate against heat, cold, air, and moisture. 7. Make sure that the materials and methods used meet building regulations. 8. Job is physically demanding, and you may be required to work in cramped and hot conditions (ie., laying insulation in roof spaces).

• Be physically fit and healthy. • Have some experience or ability to learn the new things. • If you require a visa support, then you need to have the 3 years of relevant work experience OR a bachelor level degree. We will only support to tight candidate if we unable to find a New Zealander • Must have clean criminal history • Must have NZ Driving License or equivalent overseas. • Be willing to opt for drug and alcohol test, Nonsmoker will be preferred. • Be available on weekends. • Have excellent communication skills. • Fit to go in tight spaces. • Be well organized with good time management.
