We are currently on the lookout for a Restaurant Team leader to offer guests an exceptional overall experience at Furneaux Lodge. The primary purpose of this position is to offer guests an exceptional overall experience at Furneaux Lodge. This role embodies a true 'Customer Experience Ambassador' function at Furneaux Lodge. Main Duties:
-Mentor and coach your team to understand, meet and exceed expected performance standards, as set by the Restaurant Manager. -Create a customer service team culture and ensure guests receive an exceptional and seamless service. -Manage the email address for your department. -Coach and manage the team of Hospitality Hosts across both functions of the restaurant and bar area. Ensure clear and concise communication to all stakeholders verbally and in writing. An approachable leadership style is paramount. -Maintain a complete up to date knowledge of the food and beverage menu. -Training staff. -Undertake regular cleaning of the restaurant to maintain exceptional hygiene and presentation standards.

Job Requirements
-First Aid certificate/LCQ Bar Managers licence -Competent barista skills -Adaptable and flexible working style. Commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence, with outstanding written and verbal communication skills. -Respected and participative team player with a willingness to assist and support team members. -Proven ability to prioritise and meet deadlines. -Excellent attention to detail and time management skills. -A good sense of humour would also be appropriate!
