About this job
• Transport finished goods to various locations. • Inspect vehicles for mechanical items and safety issues and perform preventative maintenance. • Plan routes and meet delivery schedules. • Operate Swing lift. • Manoeuvring vehicles into position for loading and unloading. • Document and log work/rest periods and kilometers spent driving and retain fuel/toll receipts. • Comply with truck driving rules and regulations (size, weight, route designations, parking, break periods etc) as well as with company policies and procedures. • Loading and unloading vehicles using lifting and tipping devices. • Collect and verify delivery instructions. • Report defects, accidents or violations. • Check the condition of the load and that it is secure. • Estimating weights to comply with load limitations and ensuring safe distribution of weight.

(D) - Dangerous Goods,(F) - Forklift Class 5 full licence
- Days of work
- Job will be based on 6 days Monday to Saturday at some stage candidate has to stay out of Auckland depends on Run (30 hours per week)
